      Pros

      Employee owned, flexible work schedule. The company really wants quality people working there. Three interviews and a drug test. Very odd for a minimum wage retail job, but it is what it is.

      Cons

      Watch your back! Scheels has a very strict employee discount program. You aren't allowed to use any form of payment other than your own, even if it's your parents (who you live with )credit card. Coworkers will turn you in! Scheels definitely has a drink the Kool-Aid type culture

      the discount was phenomenal, and my coworkers were great. it was very well organized and a super cool place to work

      Pros

      Good stock program for retirement if you’re there for at least three years

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged every minute by at least 20 individuals. You have to inform a coworker or supervisor if you’re even just going to the bathroom no matter your position.
