      Pros

      The lead operators and forman are really knowledgeable and great to work with. Really enjoyed working with dirt crew.

      Cons

      Longtime superintendent of job is worst boss I've ever had, doesn't know how to treat employees. He's never held accountable by heads of company. Treats anyone who he feels superior to like trash.
