Cons
The benefits aren't great Only match 4% to 401k for first 3 years and it gets confusing to how much they match as time goes on. Health insurance costs keep creeping year to year and only cover part of costs for the employee, no family is covered. Pay increase are yearly and decided by your project managers. Your team gets a percent increase for the salary budget and it is judged against your other team member. If you were they're for the entire calendar year, you do not qualify for the big raise. Sourly pay- guaranted 52000 a year if you work all 40 hours a week, any unworked hours have to be clocked to vacation, overtime may be paid but but it's not guaranteed to be time and a half, generally paid straight time
