      Thank you for the candid feedback and review. We know we're not perfect in everything we do but we are listening to drivers to make Schneider better. Starting off as a truck driver can be tough and it may take some time to gain enough experience to maximize your miles and pay. Drive safe out there!

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
