      Polite, respectful culture. Lots of technology.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. VPs, Directors, Account Managers and lower staff laid off in 2026. Challenging logistics market. Only time will tell if leadership is making the correct calls.

      Pros

      Company has good culture. Senior leadership continuously invests in development.

      Cons

      Can be a bit rigid. Very shy to empower leaders to terminate employees when needed. Couldn't really leave work at work.
