Pros
Good equipment. The maintenance guys are on the spot if you need them. The operating centers are nice and clean. The trucks are automatic and regulated at 65mph for teams. They keep you moving.
Cons
Florida residents should not bother to apply. Little to no freight in or out of Florida. I have to drive 9 hours one way (without pay) just to meet my team driver in NC. Recruiter told me I would be working out of Jacksonville,FL. Recruiters will lie to get you in the door. No bonuses for Florida drivers and 90 day employment contract required. Everybody and I mean everybody in my training class got atleast $5000 sign on bonus with no employment contract required. I don't understand why they even advertise in Florida because we are not needed nor welcome and treated like bottom tier employees. They will not pay for schooling as advertised unless you have diploma in hand.
