Pros
I cannot complain about the physical setup or the general attitude of people. The real issue was complete absence of training from the start.
Cons
- From day one I was essentially pointed to a desk and told to begin, with no clarity on what that even meant. - There was no onboarding, no documentation, no structured guidance, nothing that explained how anything actually worked. - I kept asking questions and either received vague responses or was met with people too busy to help, until it became clear asking was pointless. - The work itself was impossible to perform without understanding basic systems and processes, and that failure was entirely due to lack of preparation, not my effort. - I spent the first three months struggling to piece together how everything functioned, constantly overwhelmed, and no one once checked in to see whether I was managing or completely lost.
