Autotomy. You can work the way you want and how you want with little to no input from your higher ups. Tons of pay perks. Yearly bonuses, Per Diem, Company Credit Card, Reimbursement for milage. Company provides tools. Travel to interesting places.

You will work how you want with little to no input from your higher ups if you. Poor training model (by poor I mean barely existent). Poor communication throughout chain of command. Lots of travel, with no scheduling, you wont know where you are going until you absolutely have to be there. Hard time transitioning into modern workforce. Still uses paper checks. Has a "Good ole boy" feel to it.
