Pros
There aren’t many positives but if I had to list them, they would be: flexible work from home schedule. Even most court hearings are virtual which is very convenient. The other attorneys I worked with were incredibly smart. I learned thing about client interaction and retention that I had never known.
Cons
They’re not too patient when it comes to training. Want you to keep track of every single thing you’re doing, even if it’s taking a quick break. Encouraged to ask for support, which was given, but when asked again for feedback and help, things turned nasty and unfair comments were made.
