The company provides meaningful opportunities for career development, exposure to diverse industries, and hands-on experience across a wide range of client engagements. There is currently, a very strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and building more structured systems and processes. Salary and staff welfare are so cool, funny how they don’t look it from the outside.
Cons
Like many growing organisations, work can at times be fast-paced with multiple priorities to manage. Some processes are still being refined, but there are ongoing improvements to enhance structure and efficiency.
