Pros

I’ve had a rewarding journey working here for the past 8 years, starting my career in recruitment and growing into a Lead Consultant role. The company provides a strong platform for learning, development, and career progression if you’re willing to put in the effort. The exposure to diverse clients and industries has significantly enhanced my skills in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and team leadership. Management is supportive, and high performers are recognized and given opportunities to advance. Like any fast-paced recruitment environment, the role comes with its challenges and targets, but the experience you gain is invaluable for long-term career growth. Strong career progression opportunities Supportive management Great learning environment Exposure to diverse industries Overall, a great place to build a long-term career in recruitment.

Cons

High-pressure due to KPI's/ targets at times Fast-paced environment may not suit everyone

Pros

none. except there's lots of eatries near the location

Cons

The company does not take employees’ careers seriously and had negatively impact long-term growth and stability of many innocent people. HR wasn't being transparent in the early process and will tell all sorts of good things to get you in to hit her kpi. Most of the employees are old age where lacks sufficient expertise in client management, recruitment, strategic thinking and is afraid of their status quo being challenged. Incompetent manager that was recently hired. Complicated work process in place. Senior management adopts a top-down, classroom-style approach toward younger employees, limiting open communication, COO is always sarcastic and defensive when they asked employees for feedback. Limited business development efforts, resulting in a small pool of low-rate clients and reduced quality job opportunities. Poor workplace environment, with low collaboration, and disengaged colleagues because they are the newly hired batch which is on survival mode. Office facilities are inadequate, including issues with desks, chairs, and overall infrastructure. Compensation and benefits are below expectations, including poor medical benefits and limited annual leave. Restricted access to recruitment sourcing tools, with limited transparency during the hiring process. Hiring decisions are made without a well-defined long-term growth plan in place, which raises concerns about the management’s ability to lead and plan effectively. The company has accumulated significant negative impact by harming the careers of many employees. Concerns about internal practices is something to ponder, including encouraging employees to submit positive reviews to offset negative feedback. Not worth for even a star rating.
