Pros
Coming into a small company, I didn't really know what to expect, but I'm quite happy with what I found here. Pros: - Company culture is awesome, very good mix of young vs experienced, feels like a family - Fun challenging problems to work on for clients who have unique businesses - Tons of exposure to Project Management ideologies and processes - Lots of room for collaborative work with other engineers - Great benefits and 401k
Cons
This is a fairly young office. As established as it is as an international company, we still face some hurdles as young office in the US where the market for this product is growing as the tool is progressively getting better. Management is still figuring out the best way to handle their teams, but the structure is a great start, and I think as long as employees are trained and ready to take on their share of work, we'll be seeing some very productive teams in the coming months. Learning how to use the tool and configuration can be a long process, but once things start clicking you get creative with solutions, so be patient if you start working here.
