- They may pay a certification (test only) for you if it is needed for a specific project.
Cons
- Depending on the manager, you might be assigned tons of non-technical work, even if you are hired to be a tech specialist.
- Managers commit too much to the clients, compromising consultant's time (and health). Extra hours are almost never payed.
- Total lack of innovation, truly talented people leaves after few months.
- Sales are due to fame or good salesforce, not much because of quality.
