Generally nice colleagues and good work life balance. Great job stability.
Cons
Middle to upper management positions are simply filled by people who have been in the company for many years and are not necessarily competent. As a result, junior staff have to fill the gaps in competency without the appropriate compensation to match the workload. Job stability also comes at a cost because people can do whatever they want and they won’t get fired.
