Great company to work for or with - Anonymous employee Scope Group Employee Review

"We Aim Hire", the phrase found on Scope Group's logo, is an apt one for this company. Everyone I worked with within Scope Group was knowledgeable, professional, and a huge help through the temp-to-perm position that transitioned to a full-time opportunity. My recruiter, Carter, was excellent, and my work with other members of their staff such as Jessica was fantastic. Offering benefits that are available immediately upon hire and generous PTO, Scope Group is not simply looking to offload recruits to make a buck - they communicate and assist those they place from the beginning to the end of their temp-to-perm positions and continue to maintain contact after the individual has transitioned to their full time employment. They use effective solutions for their HR and operations management - so effective that it made me miss their solutions when I transitioned full-time to the organization where I was placed. I cannot recommend this talented firm enough.

I cannot this of any problems I encountered during my time with Scope Group that was due to their organization

I was previously working as an IT auditor for Deloitte when I was contacted by Scope Group. I didn't have the work/life balance that I was looking for and when Scope Group contacted me I was thrilled. I had never done a temp-to-hire position before, but my recruiter was an amazing person and helped me out so much along the way. I spent 6 months with Scope Group and have nothing but great things to say about the company. My recruiter, Mike, was able to land me a position with a smaller company that would offer me a better salary, and a better work-life balance. The offer was too good to refuse, and 6 months later I am now a full-time employee for them! The experience I had working with my recruiter, and the excellent leadership from Scope Group was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly helpful and supportive of me in my transition to my full-time position. I was eligible for insurance, PTO, and everything you would expect from a company, not something I would expect out of a temp-to-perm position. Overall I had a great experience working with Scope Group and am incredibly thankful for the position I now have because of them.
