very stressful workload with long hours despite being paid considerably less than people in the same profession with less hours, poor management/no management at all , blame culture very prevalent with senior members of staff often trying to place blame at the feet of graduates and technicians to deflect their own faults.

Great company, a lot of work to learn from, relaxed managements, excellent colleagues environment, different experience across the business backed up by the parent companies

Salaries are a bit low than in other places
