Awesome place to work - great people and environment with opportunity if you are a real go getter (lean management structure).

Difficult location outside of major cities, required presence on site for the majority of roles, and manufacturing experience an asset.

Great people to work with, laid back job, had my own office, bigger company so traveling perks etc.

lack of direction, sometime's felt isolated living in a small community (had to relocate for position), lack of organization
