Fast recruitment process after the lockdown.

Cons

It was the time just after the lockdown, so nearly the whole management was new. Working as receptionist, we were to blam for any mistake made by any other departments, especially hosuekeeping which was a mess, they never got the rooms right. They also on;y worked until 5pm, so any late checkin customers found that their rooms were not right, we needed to go up and do it. I did not apply for housekeeping work. The asisstant general manager was also a joke.

Pros

Average Pay, Quiet Shifts, Hardworking Minimum-Wage Workers

Cons

Management is brutal (i.e. micromanaging, disrespectful, guilt tripping, inconsiderate, talking bad about employees behind back). No real training. Staff (i.e. Housecleaners and KPs) worked to bone and not treated with respect. Do not recommend.
