Good Small to Medium Sized General Contractor/Construction Manager - Project Manager Scott Construction Group Employee Review

Year over year pay increases inadequate compared to cost of living. Annual bonuses were changed to profit sharing, but still lower than previous and low compared to competition. No individual performance bonuses and so no compensation for performance. Vehicle allowances don't cover costs of vehicle use compared to other companies and what they pay. Dead weight employees are not addressed.
