Pros

Very friendly people if they genuinely liked you.

Cons

I was being sexually harassed by a co-worker, and both of my managers didn’t believe me even though I have several receipts of the co-worker inciting unwanted, sexual themes conversations. I talked to HR and they conducted an investigation, in which the results of the investigation were kept hidden from me. In addition, the co-worker still kept his job, although the employee handbook stated “zero-tolerance policy” of sexual harassment and would “result in termination “. I ended up quitting due to the mental toll of a hostile workplace environment in addition to the company I worked for letting me down.

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to read that you enjoyed your coworkers, the training process, and stability that Scott Credit Union offers. Providing competitive pay has always been an important factor in the total rewards package. Recently, we conducted an analysis of our compensation system with the goal of increasing our minimum starting wage. As a result of the review, effective June 1, 2026, Scott Credit Union is establishing an internal minimum wage of $18 per hour. Competitive and equitable pay remains a foundational element of our workplace culture, and we will continue to evaluate the total rewards package for competitive offerings. Again, thank you for your feedback. Vice President of Human Resources
