      -Growth potential -Commission is pretty fair -They will hire almost anyone who is presentable -If your successful (which most people are not) they cater to your needs

      Cons

      Door-to-door sales in areas that are constantly filled with solicitors Hours are extremely demanding Cold Calling previous cancels

      Weekly pay, 2 of the supervisors are sweet.

      Cons

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
