      working during freezing winter and hot summer outdoor, dress warm in the winter is a must since you will be working at home depot garden department.

      Cons

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
