Pros

If management don't meddle with our work, then things would've been fine. I like working with colleagues, collaborations with them had always been fun and there was always something new to learn and discover. But management always has to meddle and oversee our work, couldn't trust us and leave us alone to do what we're hired to do.

Cons

No one from management has ever admitted fault or accepted accountability on their part. Every shortcoming, mistake, or mishap were blamed on to someone else, and that someone else is usually the employee or employees! It sometimes already seems ridiculous how they blame literally everything on us! The misunderstanding, terrible communication, even people leaving and being short staffed! It really is funny because they're the ones making all the decisions anyway! Even with employees leaving! Which was because the workplace has become too toxic for anyone to bear! They will yell at anyone when things didn't go they way they exactly wanted to! They were verbally abusive too which created a hostile work atmosphere! All employees comes to a point where they couldn't take the abuse any longer and there's no way to stop it but to quit!

Pros

Projects are usually tied to film, TV, streaming, or media, so the work is more interesting than in a standard research job. The team is smart, and I’ve learned a lot from my colleagues about entertainment research tools, audience testing, and how clients use the results. The benefits are good, with health insurance and a 401(k), and there are some fun perks, like early screenings.

Cons

It can be stressful and really fast-paced around deadlines.
