Cons
1)Best people had left , good are hunting for better job & fools will stay here for sure. 2) Frequently missed targets 3) Fake image of Organization given to New Joinees by Management people. 4) Management does not understands there own strategies. Have created big Values & Mission but management themselves lacks them. 5) CEO gives lot of Sales pitches but no real figures, talk utter non-sense. No sense of running sales & lack of listening and understanding capabilities. 6) CTO has full time for pointing fingers & do Micro Management . 7) No respect for Employees, you never know when you will be asked to leave without any logical reasons. 6) Kinship is the other very big issue. 7) Many more..
