Pros
You get more exposure to different teams and work. You join as a customer success engineer but you get to do sales demos, be a part of sales cycle. You get to interact with almost everyone in the company personally, even CEO and CTO.
Cons
They force new joiners to write 5 star reviews on glass-door and show proofs to the management. The amount of work is so much that you have to spend 11 - 13 hours every weekday and also work on weekends. There is no appreciation for overtime in this company as it is expected from everyone. There is a gossip culture. Too much politics as well. Appraisals are always delayed by 3-4 months easily. Management is biased towards some employees who do not work hard but are good with sweet talking.
