Pros
good lunches and dinners regularly
Cons
i remember when I first joined the company, I was excited. But as I got to know my colleagues and the work we did, I realized that this company was mostly about sales. It wasn't all bad at first. We had opulent lunches and company trips to exotic locales. but as time went on, I began to feel the toxicity of the work environment. There was never any recognition or appreciation for the hard work we put in. I knew I had to get out of there. It wasn't easy, as the money was good and I'd become friends with some of my colleagues. But I couldn't take the toxic work environment anymore, and the shady sales practices made me feel like I was betraying my own values. Looking back, I'm so glad I left that company. I'm in a much better place now, working for a company that truly cares about its employees and customers. But sometimes I wonder what happened to my former colleagues, and if they're still stuck in that toxic, sales-focused environment.
