Pros
If you are considering joining the organisation the Product Management is likely the best place to be. Over staffed and plenty of resources. No real requirements for anyone and we have the attention from the product narrative CEO. The company could have a future if someone started to fix what’s broken.
Cons
Little or as in no room for thinking out side the box, everything is dictated by the narrow product minded top. It’s an organisation where you learn to shut up and embrace all the silly ideas and comments, if not, you’re quickly handled and dismissed. It’s a company in decay and poorly managed in most areas. Backstabbing is a culture created by the top and runs in the hallways.
