- Leadership team is experienced, very hard working, and cares about others - Great backing from top VCs and angels that actively support the business - Insane flexibility; people only care that you are good at what you do - Ever experienced the classic divide between engineering and commercial? You won't experience it here - Ability to get involved in all areas of the business, even far outside your own role - Really just a bunch of fun people to work with

- Working in a startup requires you to be willing to take a risk - If you expect a clearly defined path for career progression for _every_ role, then you may be better off to work in a corporate environment
