      Pros

      Excellent experience for anyone wanting to go into medicine. The one on on work with the doctors is irreplaceable. The training is intensive at the beginning, but very helpful for experience on the floor. I would definitely recommend this job to anyone looking for experience in the medical field, especially in the ER.

      I believe there's flexibility in some hours. Paid training.

      Cons

      My onboarding process has taken over 2 months and I've only clocked in for mandatory trainings with little to no communication from managers or hiring staff. $10 an hour.
