      Great learning experience. Good networking opportunity. Great pre-medical gap year opportunity. Good management if you get a good project leader.

      Cons

      Very minimal pay and sometimes lack of responsibilities to do especially when the hospital is not busy.

      I believe there's flexibility in some hours. Paid training.

      My onboarding process has taken over 2 months and I've only clocked in for mandatory trainings with little to no communication from managers or hiring staff. $10 an hour.
