Pros
Great work-life balance, friendly management style. They provided me with great tech for my job, and it was a quick interview process.
Cons
There isn't an official HR department. I never received a formal review of my work. They did not provide a formal review about what I could improve upon before they informed me they were letting me go. I felt like my freedom to make decisions was consistently overridden by the management team. I felt that I was hired to do work that was out of my experience area. I felt unhappy about the amount of support I received from my team. I spent most of my day completing tasks that I did not have sufficient experience in or go to school for. In my opinion, the job I performed should have been two jobs or the work of a team. There were no specific/measurable goals set for me weekly/monthly to achieve that I could base my progress/growth on.
