Pros

Closing the doors and going home.

Cons

Too operational, no support from back office, favoritism. Too many meetings, set unreasonable goals. Demands to grow deposits and loans but not given the flexibility due to hour long meeting. At least one a month you will drive to a distance office and participate in a 6 to 8 hour meeting. Leadership does not interact staff, just sits in an office and laughs on phone. Too many cheifs. Fake culture. Instilled a policy that requires you to come back to the office only to spend your time on Teams meetings. So accur additional expenses only to do what could of been done home.

Pros

Good salary, excellent location, WFH available.

Cons

Organization suffers from poor management. Employees are often frustrated because of frequent staff departures. HR hiring process is lengthy and results in many candidates dropping out. The result is a very small group of longtime employees that do not produce. Some are overworked. Some are inefficient.
