Pros
The best part about Seagate is that you work with really awesome people (if they stick around longer than a year). The work environment is pretty relaxed, you do not have to worry about leaving work for a doctors appointment or picking up a kid at daycare. The Partners hire people they are confident in and for the most part they do not micro-manage you.
Cons
The biggest downfall - the Partners do not believe in reviews and raises. I had my first review after a year and eight months and that was after I had requested a meeting multiple times. My experience in that review was horrifying and ultimately led to my resignation. The Partners create a toxic environment by talking badly about employees to other employees. Like every other company, Seagate is hiring like crazy, this has caused majority of the people that work there now to be new employees, so you have new employees training in new people. There is a huge lack of communication and often times confusion on who you are to report to. If you are interviewing with this company I would ask them to supply references from previous employees - learn more about what it is like to work there, as well as with your future manager.
