-learning a lot about various industries that steel is used in -great community -ability to work from home at times -lots of knowledge within the sales team

-wish the entire sales team would get together more often.

I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with Seaport Steel. Unfortunately, my time with this company has been far from positive.

First and foremost, it is evident that Seaport has little regard for its employees. The lack of support and appreciation for the hard work put in by the staff is disheartening. There is no clear direction or vision for the business, leading to a chaotic and unorganized work environment. This lack of leadership trickles down, affecting all levels of the company. Furthermore, it is clear that Seaport does not value long-term customers. Instead of building strong, lasting relationships, the company focuses on driving prices down by offering cheap rates. This short-term approach may attract some clients initially, but it ultimately compromises the quality of service and product delivered.
