It's a private equity firm so it may look good to those who aren't familiar.. but it will never actually be impressive to anybody who's in the field

Honestly I don't understand how this place is still up and running. Your experience will depend largely on who your searcher is, but regardless it is not a very professional environment to be in. Interns are unpaid, so you honestly can't expect them to stay motivated. It's almost as if interns should be grateful for the opportunity to work here, which is not great. The lack of structure is alarming at times. This may be an okay place for students from mid-tier colleges, but is not the place if you're looking to actually contribute something and work with smart individuals. It's just not worth having it on your resume, tempting as it may be since they're "private equity"
