      Flexible work environment - everyone is virtual Great team - calls everyday so you don't feel left in the dark, fun conversations, good vibes all around. Great clients = great opportunities to make more than your base I get to hang out with my dog all day I recruit recruiters, which is fun! I love recruiting for my own passion and industry!

      Cons

      None; the team recognizes hard work and dedication. If you don't mind not being in an office everyday and love recruiting, this is a great role.

      Pros

      My experience at Search Wizards was great as it was my intro to re world of Talent Acquisition. I had the pleasure of working with some of the best in the industry. I was supported throughout my time there and as a result I met incredible people across the US many of whom I still speak to.
