      Nothing really, just a lot of stress

      Working for a team of individuals who were inadequate to do anything. You had people with pretend experience and scammers on the team who tried to sell you stuff! Ugh as if.

      Great work environment, supportive supervisors/coworkers

      Cons

      Many underlying responsibilities to clients that are left out of the job description. For example, finding client’s apartments/giving tours and helping clients with recertifications/other paperwork. They also do not tend to take clients off your caseload if you feel you cannot work with them unless there is an extreme situation.
