Your comments about culture, leadership, and career development are taken seriously. As a growing company, we recognize that building consistent processes for performance management, career pathing, and onboarding can be challenging—and it’s clear we haven’t always met the mark. That’s on us, and it’s something we are actively working to improve.
Given the stage of our company, opportunities for career progression can sometimes be limited within certain departments depending on team size and growth plans. That said, we are committed to being transparent about those realities while continuing to expand opportunities as the company grows.
I also recognize that as a leader I don’t always get everything right, but I am committed to learning and evolving, both personally and as an organization.
