Bad benefits and paid time off. I had 35 hours of paid vacation in the first 2 years of employment. I am now in my 3rd year and I still only have 70 hours that is not even a full two weeks. I think that the sears grands need to just close. Something that Sears really stinks at is combining all of their sister companies together. We have people come in our store all of the time who think that we are the same things as Kmart and expect us to have the same items and we dont.
