Pros
Good advancement opportunities for hard-charging hourly managers seeking entry level salaried manager positions. The company has a good training program in place for new associates, as long as the management team follows the program. Solid monetary incentive programs for hourly associates.
Cons
This company is in desperation mode, and you can feel it all the way down from the top. You are pushed everyday to challenge your integrity to achieve numbers for the sake of hitting the numbers. Virtually no recognition from senior leadership, pay increases and bonuses don't happen because the company is losing money. The stores look and feel old - minimal resources committed by the company to improve facilities. Technology systems are patchwork, and many do not communicate with one another or give conflicting information.
