Upper management is awful. They will throw anyone under the bus to stay on top. They dont care about the employees. They make all office staff salary and severely under pay them. They abuse the salary staff by requiring they answer their phones and emails outside of working hours, on vacation and when they are sick. Salary employees are required to sign an employment contract to get their position. If they do not agree with the contract 100% they are told they will never make any more money than whats in the contract. You only get 3 sick days a year.
