Terrible - Sexual Harassment and In-Office Affairs - Anonymous employee Seattle Mariners Employee Review

A married Senior Director was having an affair with a young female intern/employee for three years. They were in the same department. The Mariners HR found and decided to take no action, although it made many other employees uncomfortable. This happened at work in his office regularly. There were many females who reported sexual harassment and HR completely overlooked it. This is an UNSAFE work environment, especially for females. An organization full of sexism and sexual harassment. Do not work for the Seattle Mariners.
