Pros
Benefits! You can bring your dog(s) in for boarding/dayboarding for free, even daycare if they pass their evaluation.
Most of the people there are absolutely amazing, Amanda, Jordan, Destiny, and Jackie are all really great leads. Everyone here is always willing to help, all you have to do is ask.
Front desk people are great, groomers will stop to joke around with you, daycare sort of keeps to themselves but when they do come out they're incredibly polite.
They take in all dogs, even the people aggressive ones (there are procedures in place to keep handlers safe while interacting with them).
One time I had to take an early lunch to take my car to the mechanic and Jordan followed me over there to give me a ride back to work so I didn't have to leave early. This meant a lot to me, made a lasting impression.
They pay decent rates, buy lunch about once or twice a month, always have the break room stocked with snacks and sometimes drinks.
Just overall a great place to work!
Cons
There are two people specifically that really grind my gears. One used to be a lead and is now GSA, he thinks he is better than everyone else there and that his time is more precious than yours. Very condescending and overall an @sshole. This is pretty much the only bad thing I can say about this place, I've never had any other poor experience here!
