-Small, scrappy team that is always willing to learn, support and grow together -Everyone on the team is reminded they are a critical asset to the agency --strengths and wins are regularly highlighted and shared -Our clients are incredible -- the CEO is great at finding clients that are a good fit and share our overall values -Learning is highly valued and we are given abundant resources (including regular team meetings and 1on1 meetings with the owner/CEO which are incredibly valuable) to stay up to date on the latest and greatest skills, tools, and strategies. -There is an understanding and respect for work/life balance, which can be difficult in a completely remote work environment

No company is perfect, but Secret Sushi is wonderful at recognizing when things are not working and pivot accordingly. With growth comes growing pains, but the level of transparency is very helpful so that people on the team know what's coming.
