      Very knowledgeable experts Lots of opportunities for different project exposure Reasonable compensation

      Cons

      Top management is extremely male-dominated and there is pretty much no mentorship/structure for junior staff. Expectations for staff are also quite unclear and you have to actively seek out opportunities for professional development or to solicit feedback
