Pros
The people are friendly, and willing to help, but they almost have to be because the turnover rate is so high.
Cons
1. Door to door sales- people will yell at you everyday, get frustrated with you, and kick you out. You must be a pushy person to make any money at this job. 2. No benefits, no gas help, 100% commission 3. They told me my first month I would make 2-4 grand minimum if I was average and 5-6 after that, which is not even close to the truth and that has nothing to do with ability or work ethic. If you’re okay with door to door sales and you’re okay with all these things you might be able to make some money but nothing close to what they advertise. 4. I trained with 16 people, by the time I left there were only about 4 left. Turnover rate is extremely high. I asked about turnover rate in the interview and they blew me off saying “ every job has some turnover.” 5. A lot of the companies you go to the deals are not worth anything but a couple hundred dollars, if that. You have to make your money by getting a massive company and the odds of not getting kicked out of one of those are very slim. 6. They do not describe to you what the job is before you start, which is why so many people quit. 7. They try to target young people, ambitious, and fresh out of college, and entice them that if they just work hard they will make tons of money.... I wrote this so you wouldn’t make the same mistake me and most of the people I was with did.
