Good engineering coworkers, flexible work schedules & extra compensation over and above salary

Owner is a complete tyrant who abuses & insults employees on a daily basis. Sales staff & management is completely clueless and impotent. Customers who complain are labeled "problem accounts" and treated with disdain. Engineers who bring in customers are barely given a pat on the back & are never able to share in the commissions or bonuses. Little or no ability to advance; there is nowhere else to go. And if you try to leave, crushing non-competes essentially end your career.
