Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. It is very disheartening that you had to face issues after working for more than a year. We feel sorry for your dissatisfaction. SecurView strives to grow a technically solid workforce. We want to ensure employee success by providing appropriate training, experience and exposure to mutiple platforms, tools and technologies prior to a customer engagement. However, we have already put an extra effort in these areas to create a better work environment for our employees . We follow an open door policy where in extreme cases like such, we encourage our employees to communicate their issues directly to the Top Management. We value our employees and we believe in resolving issues faced by them. We hope you have found this response helpful and satisfactory.

Pros

They have really good benefits, they have dental health insurance with an excellent Health insurance with deductible added in Ameriflex card also they include a good basic life insurance, the 401K is a good benefit that they provide. Working with people from different parts of the world has been a really great experience since you can learn about cultures, way of living, etc. I think that SecurView has a good family culture, definitely if you have a family it's a decent place to work since you can have a flexible work schedule. I have a divided opinion on management, one good part is that you, as an employee, have direct contact with the upper management however the structure of the management is not so clear so probably today you’ll report to one manager but tomorrow you may start reporting to a different manager.

Cons

One bad point is definitely the salary, I really think that this is very important since the Senior engineers are underpaid. I would say salaries in Securview are in average 30-40 % less than salaries offered in similar companies. Other bad stuff is that they don’t offer training, the training is just read it at google, the cross-training is also bad, lately they’ve been employing many new engineers with low or zero experience, it is responsibility of the experienced guys teach them without any previous training. They don’t offer home office and they don’t care about your experience or how many certifications you may have. As projects the only problem that I have is travel expenses, they want to save a lot when you’re traveling to customer site so this is a problem.

Thank you for the feedback – we value all comments. SecurView strives to attract and retain a solid workforce, providing training, experience and exposure to multiple platforms, tools and technologies. We find that this can be accomplished best with employees working out of our office premises, where they can experience employee collaboration and get exposure to a wide variety of customer and technical issues. Training in general requires a certain degree of self-learning, and being paired with more seasoned, experienced employees in an office environment enhances this. Our compensation structure includes a base salary along with an incentive/performance bonus and is supplemented by a very strong benefits package. As a small company, we have adopted an open-door policy and welcome employee concerns and input.
