Upper management has increased their involvement in department meetings to foster a regular and open dialogue about the company’s processes, goals, and objectives. That said, as a small firm in a volatile market, we also strive for agility. Sometimes, that requires a rapid shift in focus to address an unexpected change in the cybersecurity landscape. These types of pivots can be stressful, but they’re also exciting — and necessary if we are to remain competitive.
