Pros

Good healthcare and office perks Good company culture (as long as the new CEO and senior management doesn’t influence it) Approachable department managers

Cons

Since the acquisition and new CEO there is change and uncertainty, from the executive team overhaul, recent Corp downsizing, to the product portfolio. This has resulted in lack of trust with upper management. No career growth.

Compensations & Benefits are good. People are kind and helpful.

Cons

They are not adding market competitive features to the product. Consistent layoff since last many years and due to this many talented and experienced employees left the company in last couple of years.
